Edmonds, Pujols & Santana Mixing It Up (Video)

Former 17-year Major League outfielder Jim Edmonds was spotted embracing former St. Louis Cardinals teammate Albert Pujols Thursday, minutes before the commencement of the Tenth Annual Albert Pujols Celebrity Golf Classic, at Trump National Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

The legendary defensive centerfielder and future Hall of Fame first baseman were teammates for seven seasons in St. Louis, including the 2006 campaign, when the Cardinals defeated the Detroit Tigers to win the World Series.

Both men also share the distinction of spending portions of their careers in the cities of Anaheim and St. Louis.

Edmonds played his first seven seasons in Orange County, as compared to the great Pujols, who spent his first 11 seasons on the shores of the Mississippi River.

The above iFolloSports.com original video showcases the two ballplayers embracing, upon first spotting each other at the charity event. Watch as Edmonds approaches the golf cart, while Pujols is involved in a conversation with Angels pitcher Ervin Santana.
