Twins CF Aaron Hicks Signing Autographs (Video)

Aaron Hicks is a rookie centerfielder for the Minnesota Twins. The Long Beach, California native was the fourteenth pick in the 2008 MLB Draft. Hicks is part of the long line of speedy three and four tool outfielders, produced by the Twins over the years. This list includes Torii Hunter, Denard Span, Ben Revere and of course, the late, legendary Kirby Puckett. This season, Hicks is replacing both Span and Revere, who were each traded during the offseason.

Last year, Minnesota drafted highly touted outfielder Bryon Buxton, with the second pick in the 2012 Draft. The organization hopes these two highly touted athletes will represent the next generation of Twins outfielders. Early on in his rookie campaign, Hicks has gotten off to a slow start, batting .152, with 3 HR and 13 RBI (hit 2 HR and made HR saving catch on Monday night).

Last Saturday morning, per the above iFolloSports.com original video, Hicks made his first MLB autograph signing appearance at Fan HQ Sports Apparel And Collectables, in the Twin Cities suburb of Minnetonka, Minnesota. The signing took place at Ridgedale Center. Hicks signed for an hour and also posed for pictures with the large gathering of fans in attendance.
