Bert Blyleven Mixing It Up With Fans (Video)

Friday night, 2011 Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and legendary Twins pitcher Bert Blyleven was on hand at TwinsFest. TwinsFest is an annual offseason event held at the Metrodome, the Twins former Minneapolis stadium.

Blyleven is very popular among many generations of Twins fans, as he began his career with the team in the early 1970's, eventually coming back to help the Twins win the 1987 World Series over the St. Louis Cardinals.

These days, younger generations know Blyleven due to his work as the Twins television color analyst since 1996. As a broadcaster, Blyleven is famous for his “Circle Me Bert” campaign, where he circles fans on his telestrator during games.

Above is iFollowSports.com original video of the gregarious Blyleven signing for a very long line of fans. The Netherlands native is always among the franchise's most popular autographs.

Blyleven is known for his graciousness when spending time around Twins fans, as these other iFollowSports.com examples display.
