Ryan Madson Hanging With Philly Fans In LA (Video)

Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Ryan Madson has been a significant contributor to his team's amazing 2011 regular season record. While Philadelphia's historic starting rotation garners much of the attention, Madson's 22 saves (entering Friday's game) have been essential to finishing what the starters began. The longtime bullpen stalwart has stepped in brilliantly for injured closer Brad Lidge, who missed the first half of the season due to a bicep injury.

Earlier this week, the Long Beach, California native was back home in Southern California to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers. Prior to Wednesday's 9-8 victory, Madson took time to sign autographs for the many Phillies fan on hand for the matinee game at Dodger Stadium.

Madson must have felt very comfortable hanging with Philly fans, while standing in the bright sunshine of his hometown.

The righty notched the save in all three games of the series.
