Since beginning his NBA career in 2011 (originally drafted by the Pacers), Leonard has increased his scoring average from 7.9 points all the way up to 21.2 points last season. In 2015-16, the Southern California native’s crazy stat line featured 21.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.8 steals per contest. Leonard’s season also included earning defensive player of the year honors, for the second consecutive year.
Leonard kicked off the 2016-17 campaign with 35 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 steals, in San Antonio’s 129-100 thumping of the mighty Warriors.
Leonard’s stellar résumé also features tremendous postseason accomplishment, considering that he was named 2014 NBA Finals MVP, during the Spurs 4-1 victory over the Heat.
In 2015, Spurs management rewarded Leonard’s success and still evolving potential when signing him to a five-year/$90 million contact.
A Kawhi Leonard autograph has become highly sought-after, in the wake of what he has become.
