Will Usain Bolt Go For Four Gold Medals In London?

Will Usain Bolt Go For Four Gold Medals In London?Usain Bolt won three gold medals (100 meters, 200, and 400 relay) in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, setting world records in each of his three specialties along the way. Now, the Jamaican uberstar is considering going one better in London.

In addition to the three events he won in China, the "Lightning Bolt" is contemplating adding the 1600-meter relay to his Olympic workload next week. The 25-year-old Bolt has rarely contested the 400-meter, but does have a very respectable lifetime best of 45.20 seconds.

Bolt's largest obstacle in London will be in the 100 and 200 from training partner Yohan Blake.

Only six athletes in Olympic history have won four or more track gold medals in a single Games, these legendary names include Jesse Owens (Berlin-1936) and Carl Lewis (Los Angeles-1984).
