Behind The Scenes Look At Man U's Visit To LA (Videos)
Wednesday night, Manchester United began its summer tour of the United States, with a 7-0 blowout victory over the LA Galaxy, at the Rose Bowl. Tour 2014, Presented by Aon, will take the legendary English Premiere League team to LA, Denver, Washington DC and Ann Arbor, Michigan, as part of the International Champions Cup.
Man U is coming off its worst ever EPL finish, in a season where the club did not qualify for UEFA Champions League, for the first time in 19 years.
During Man U's visit to Southern California, the team is calling the Beverly Wilshire Hotel home. Situated 20 miles west of the Rose Bowl Stadium (located in Pasadena), the posh Beverly Hills property is the lodging destination of choice for many NBA teams, throughout the course of the American hoops season.
It is interesting to note that fellow European titan Real Madrid also stayed in Beverly Hills, this week, spending their time at the nearby Montage Beverly Hills.
