Mick Foley Signing Amid WWE Dismay (Video)
Above is iFolloSports.com original video of professional wrestling legend Mick Foley signing autographs at Fan HQ Sports Apparel And Collectables, in the Twin cities suburb of Minnetonka, Minnesota. The WWE and WCW icon drew a huge crowd, while wearing his famous accomplice, Mr. Socko, on his left hand.
Foley was in the Twin Cities on the same weekend as the WWE Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, which took place at Target Center, in downtown Minneapolis, Sunday night.
Foley was not involved in the PPV, but later Tweeted a photo essay of his ongoing dismay with the WWE product.
Foley's résumé includes holding the then WWF Championship, World Tag Team Championship and Hardcore Championship, as well as the WCW World Tag Team Championship. The now 48-year-old was a 2013 WWE Hall of Fame inductee.
The all-around renaissance man, who has performed under the names Mick Foley, Mankind, Cactus Jack and Dude Love is also a comedian, bestselling author, political activist and actor, appearing on several shows, including “30 Rock” and “Saturday Night Live.”
In recent years, Foley has been a part of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, before returning to the WWE in 2011, on a part-time basis.
